We specialize in customized databases to manage information. From the customer's needs and ideas, we create a computerized system that will enable data storage, easy retrieval and reporting. Our customers use databases to manage everything from employee suggestions to scheduling, billing and more.
Our software is user-friendly. It is also easy to modify and customize as your needs change and as new ideas occur to you. Our systems also integrate easily with MS Office® applications, for example, form letters in Word are easily done as well as scheduling in Outlook. The systems can also be used on a single PC or on several over a network.
We offer a one year support contract at no charge, two days at your company to train staff and make necessary modifications to the system and a manual (paper copy and electronic). We are available to support you through e-mail or by phone, toll-free in Canada and the United States.
